SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All items in the shop are ready to ship, unless the item is labeled pre-order. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is received Monday-Friday.
Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
We are currently only shipping within the United States only but we hope to offer international shipping soon!
Simply Kalaful is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen, please first contact the shipping carrier or your local post office. Your tracking number provided will tell you which delivery service to contact.
Please also ensure that your shipping address is correct before ordering. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for coloring cloths that are still in their original, unwashed, and uncolored condition. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to simplykalaful@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
